This session will delve into how portrayals have evolved over time, the challenges and breakthroughs along the way and Victoria’s personal experiences navigating the media industry. Together, we’ll reflect on how far we've come and the work that still lies ahead for authentic, diverse, and empowering lesbian visibility in the media.

Victoria Broom is an award winning actor and writer. Known for playing Karen in BBC1 Comedy series CHEATERS and Sasha Kyte in Emmy winning series MARCELLA.
Victoria can be seen as Mary Robbins in Chris Lang's new Crime Drama 'I,JACK WRIGHT' now on UKTV&Alibi.
She is passionate about lesbian visibility and representation within the media and is always championing for more visibility, in front and behind the camera.
Victoria is listed in the Guardian's Pride Power list as one of the most influential LGBTQI people in the UK. Issued annually every year during Pride.
