Carla will teach Actors Guild members 3 things about applying to top festivals & how to get into their film markets which usually don’t allow actors to apply.

My name is Carla B. Guttmann and I’m a Canadian-German director and A-list festival coach. You can read my bio here! My A-list festival coaching puts actors in touch with directors, producers, and agents in personalized meetings from all over the world. It is based on a strategy of pre-booking 1:1 meetings by getting into specific festival databases before the festival even begins. My main focus is Cannes, Berlinale, TIFF, and Gothenburg, but these strategies can be applied to all festivals.
