All content found on this website remains the property of TAG, or respective copyright holders, unless otherwise stated. You agree that content found on the website or provided to you by TAG will not be copied, transmitted or distributed to any third parties unless permission has been granted in writing by TAG.
In order to list on TAG site, you must set up a profile and separately apply for listing space together with payment of a fee where necessary.
Please note all listings are checked and approved by TAG before they go live. It is your responsibility to ensure any listing you submit complies with all applicable legal requirements, advertising standards and codes of practice. TAG reserves the right to refuse to publish and remove any listing we consider to be inappropriate for TAG website. It is the individual responsibility of those who list with us to ensure that TAG have your correct contact information on file and that your account is updated as required. You agree to ensure the information you provide through your account is complete and accurate. TAG treat all the personal information we collect in relation to membership, our Services Directory and the other services we provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
When making payments for our Services Directory you are required to accept these terms and conditions before payment is taken.
Payments are taken securely via a payment gateway provided by SagePay. SagePay handle payments through their own secure server.
All repeat subscriptions are automatically processed on a monthly basis until you cancel your subscription. It is your responsibility to cancel repeat subscription. Subscriptions run until the end of the subscription period, which is calculated from the day you set up your subscription.
Accounts can be cancelled at any time. Simply email tagteam@actorsguild.co.uk to do this.
Full refunds are available up until your listing is live on the site at which point refunds are not available, although you can still upgrade and downgrade your account to previous if needed.
As soon as you make changes to your listing TAG Team will check entries these before making them live on TAG site. Subscriptions run until the end of the subscription period, which is calculated from the day you set up your subscription.
All discounts offered through TAG Services Directory to members of TAG are aminaisteed by the individual service providers who list on our site. Only the holder of valid TAG membership are entitiled to claim these discounts using the unique discount code provided by the service provider. If, for any reason, the service provider has any reason to believe an applicant is not a valid member of TAG, it is at their discretion to offer a discount.
